Dear Retreat Leadership: (DOWNLOAD PACKET HERE)Calvary Chapel Conference Center – Twin Peaks is a ministry of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. It was established for the sole purpose of glorifying God by providing a place for God’s people to grow and mature in their relationship with Jesus Christ through the teaching of His Word, worship, fellowship, recreation and rest. It is our sincere desire that each guest of the Conference Center will experience the presence of Jesus Christ while here on the grounds, and will leave the facility knowing Jesus more intimately than ever before. Enclosed is the information packet that will assist you in planning your retreat. This information is provided to you for distribution to your group prior to or upon your arrival at the center. It is the responsibility of the retreat leader to make sure this information is distributed to the proper people. We encourage you to distribute copies of the directions to the center to all retreat guests and distribute copies of the “Retreat Leader Guidelines” to all staff, volunteers and support persons. Based on our experience, we have found that distributing this information to your guests facilitates the registration process and enhances their stay with us.
